About Me

I hope you will find some of what I’ve put together here useful. Long story short, I became the mother of three sweet little monster babies in four years. After several years making it work as a mom/lawyer chimera, I decided to leave behind my long, unpredictable New York law firm hours to focus on the babies while they are young. This website documents my attempts to pursue two related projects: cooking for the family + books relevant to parenting, working, healthy eating, etc.

While I was working, there was so much I wanted to read and learn about being a good mom and raising a healthy household, but I felt like I never had the time. I also didn’t feel like there was an easily digestible way to get and track this information. So, since I have some time now, I’m digging through recent best-sellers and oldies-but-goodies: books on parenting, health, and women in the workplace. I’m putting together my takes and takeaways, along with some actionable steps to implement where I feel it would be useful, so that moms can find the important stuff they need at their fingertips in one place, quickly, and without a lot of fluff.
